Vintage Alexander Cissy Tagged Black Velvet A Line Gown / Dress
Alexander Cissy Black Velvet A-Line gown from 1957. Very good to excellent condition. Clean, no significant wear or worn areas noted on velvet. Velvet straps and original snaps secure and intact, as is bodice braid accent. Nice Cissy tag that has a little yellowing but crisp with minimal fray. There is a storage odor from being bagged, not smoke, so could use airing. Pelon lining is wrinkled could use steaming. It had a lot of fuzzies/lint I removed but could use fine tuning for lint however you choose to remove safely without pulling velvet.
Velvet did seem pretty secure and not frail as I cleaned. Doll is modeling and not included. Please, always refer to photos as part of description.
