Deborah Bride 71640 is part of Madame Alexander's 2016 Mystery Doll Collection and was introduced in 2016 as a small, limited edition of only 500 pieces worldwide. Included with the doll is an official certificate of authenticity which includes the limitation number. Known only as'The Mystery Dolls,' Madame Alexander created six extraordinary dolls in 1951. Having never appeared in the Alexander catalogs, very little is known of these beautiful ladies.
Who were they inspired by? What we do know is that Madame Alexander won a coveted'Fashion Academy Gold Medal' for the originals. In 2016, Madame Alexander introduced the first 3 shadow Cissettes.
