Madame Alexander 90th Anniversary Miss America Cissette Ericka Dunlap Signed. Madame Alexander 90th Anniversary Miss America is one of the rarest Cissette dolls of the modern era. Created for the IDEX Doll Convention at Disney World in 2011, this event had Miss America 2004 Ericka Dunlap in attendance, and she signed many of the dolls, including this one. The doll was issued to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Miss America pagent. Miss America stands 10 tall and is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees with a swivel waist. She wears a gorgeous dark blue sweetheart neck gown with a sparkly beaded star accent at the waist. Her outfit is completed with her Miss America banner with silver accents, rhinestone earrings, silver open toe shoes, sparkly silver crown (an exact replica) and Miss America roses. Please note that the roses, crown, and shoes are attached on the side of the box in the original packaging, as is the doll. This rare and beautiful doll has rich light brown hair and brown eyes. She was released in a very limited edition (number not released), commissioned by the Miss America Pagent as an exclusive to be given to the 2011 Miss America contestants and the attendees of the IDEX Madame Alexander breakfast. She comes with her Certificate of Authenticity, signed on the back by Erika. This Madame Alexander doll carries on the tradition of The Alexander Doll Company, which has been known for its elegant and beautifully costumed dolls for over 90 years. 90th Anniversary Miss America Doll, a Cissette doll by Madame Alexander, comes to you factory fresh, NRFB (never removed from her original box) and she is totally mint.
Please note that Miss America 2004 Erika Dunlap signed the Certificate of Authenticity, so the marker she used to sign it has bled through a bit to the front of the certificate (see photo).
